The fact that you don't realize you are the one assuming things is quite funny actually XD
Really? Are we playing the same game? That bug was the turning point that made a lot of people quit and the exploit right in the end made everything worse.
Are we? I couldn't finish a boss with one of my chars for 2 days because of the bullet hell and then all of a suden I never encountered that bug again through the game. So yes, it was fixed. Unless, it was magically fixed just for me. I also played normally when the exploits came around, I even played around with them to test different builds. So I don't really see what the problem was with those and I'm glad they were posted so they could be fixed for OBT. But opinions will be opinions.

Because it's a testing phase? And they have people adding new features and different ones fixing the bugs, depending on what kind of bug it is? Because it's how software development works in general? I already explained this to you. Honestly, you don't even know when they implemented the hair changing window, do you? It probably was already in the game for months, but it only popped up because people found it through an exploit. Just like the centurion class.
And yes, different bugs are harder and take longer to fix than others. Some of them require re-thinking entire features.
Multiple people assigned different tasks and then adding them into one will make merging harder especially with no QA testing
You are assuming they have no QA. Even if they don't have functional and system tests, they still have unit and integration tests.
Working on different files that don't affect the files you work on usually equals an easy merge, in comparison. If I'm working on server-side security changes and you work on client-side aesthetic changes for example.
But yeah this tells me you have no experience with software development, so this conversation is basically useless since you are refusing to get it. I'm not sure if this is because of the broken english or just stubbornness, but this will honestly get nowhere.
