Breach of contract: generally if they had any kind of agreement on timing, the verified fan system, ease of use, etc, they breached it. Them cancelling the general sale is most certainly a breach.
Misrepresentation/fraud - they told her they could satisfy the demand - so she’s most certainly allowed to talk about the fact that they couldn’t. They can’t stop her.
and ofc she has a bunch of tort actions separate from the contract.
I’m sure that they have all kinds of arbitration, exculpatory, and force majeure clauses in there, but I would love to see Swift v. Ticketmaster play out
