Do you think you’re healthy?

Yes, I was a normal range BMI until I was about 20, then I spent 20-25 near 300lbs, BMI near 40.

I spent about a year getting down to a BMI of 25 again and lowering my blood pressure.

Then I spent a year getting good at running and cycling, logging 35 miles of running and 50-100 of cycling a week for a while. Now I just do whatever aligns to my goals, like right now I'm running ~50 miles a week for marathon training, but afterwards I want to train for an endurance cycling event.

My diet is kinda crappy because I eat a lot of junk, but I feel great and have normal health stats, I feel like exercise can outrun a bad diet, however exercise cannot outrun a calorie excess.
