biologically using the scientific taxonmy designation , a male has specific biological characteristics. In mammals, of which humans are a member of, the designation male refers to an entity that produces sperm fertilizing of eggs for the purposes of procreation. A female is an entity that produces eggs, fertilized by sperm for the purpose of procreation.

removal of organs that produce either eggs or sperm does not change biolology.

however i do agree with your point that the researchers & scientists that studied individuals who physically changed their bodies to appear the opposite sex they classified as transsexual.

the individuals who changed their bodies did not call themselves transsexuals. that was the scientists & researchers.
