Food Fridays: Share anything food related here!

I've been following the mediterranean diet principals (diet as in way of eating, not weight loss scheme) as recommended by my doc and supported by my IE RD for heart and brain health and tonight I wanted hamburger pizza so I had it. It was SO nice to just casually have pizza and not have it be a "ooh i'm being so bad" feeling, or "ugh i've been strict for a month I'm having a cheat day" or "i've been dying for pizza for weeks and i can't hold out anymore i'm going to order 3 of them and freeze 2 and then [some weird food hoarding plan]"

I wanted pizza, I got pizza, I ate some pizza. It was good. I went on with my day. It sounds simple, but for me it was huge because it wasn't huge at all. It was just food.
