Omg why are you arguing with me… There is really no such thing as a competitive, long hours tech job. That’s the highly unusual part. My entire career is IT. I’ve never not had an IT job. I know plenty of FAANG employees. Real FTEs, not contractors. They don’t work hard. They brag about it. And again, she has FAANG on her LinkedIn but she has not been super recently employed there.

Btw, if you bothered to look at my post history, good chance I make more than you and don’t work at FAANG. And I barely work. Good luck wasting your youth working a ton of hours.
