I don't care as much as you, so I can still enjoy Grand Tour and Top Gear. I think you're denying yourself something that is otherwise enjoyable, and that makes me sad for you. I can't affect May or Clarkson or Bilbo to change thier value systems, me not watching their shows isn't going to send any kind of discernable message.
