Anti-Class weapons.

  • Escape Plan (minicrits are at the user's choice; if you only equip EP when you think it's safe to do so, you are essentially getting a free speed boost, similarly to the reason why Gloves of Running Urgently is Heavy's most used melee weapon)

  • Disciplinary Action (30-40% shareable speed boost and the longest melee range in the game in exchange for... 16 less damage per hit? Since Soldier rarely uses his melee for damage this is not a practical downside)

  • Ubersaw (gain the ability to build 100% of your Ubercharge bar in under 5 seconds, when it normally takes 40 seconds to build this game-changing ability. In exchange lose 0.16 seconds of melee swing speed)

  • Solemn Vow (see your enemies' health, Uber percentage and name in exchange for 0.08 seconds slower swing speed)

  • Atomizer (gain a third jump in exchange for 10hp/triple jump at the user's choice and less melee damage. These weaknesses are not a practical downside for the reasons stated in EP and DA)

  • Gloves of Running Urgently (again, less melee damage on a class who rarely uses their melee, and minicrits taken at the user's discretion. Use it to get to the frontline, put it away a few seconds before getting to the frontline, and you got a speed boost for no practical cost.)

  • Crit-a-Cola (the minicrits removing falloff on your primary negates the weakness of not having pistol, and the speed boost is more than worth the damage you take).

I would remove Pomson on the grounds it is shit against classes that aren't Medic or Spy. Fires projectiles which do less damage and can be dodged, even if their hitbox is broken.

I was going to add Powerjack, but the downside you pay for using it is having to play bloody Pyro.
