couldn't care less about whatever that kid was called..? Rey? I swear to God there are at least 4 big speeches that someone gives before they go fight Alien again, at a point it just became laughable, dialogue is stupid, nobody can act, ending action scene was dumb, all the characters were pointless and dislikable, doctor who was supposed to be love interest is just killed off because who gives a fuck. It feels like a script that somebody tore up, then another person came in and tried to glue it back together, what are "lots to love about it"? I can't name one thing in that movie that wasn't incompetent, even Fincher hated it and refused to come back to re-edit it, no shit, there is nothing to save, script is just too stupid and most of the scenes aren't devoted to anything specific like advancing the plot but to pointless garbage and empty drama.
